Super Skills, that you need:
- English level – Upper Intermediate +
- experience in Recruiting or HR field at least 1 year
- experience with various recruiting sources and tools
- strong research skills
- good understanding of IT sphere
- ability to analyze and prioritize
- experience with Microsoft Excel
- excellent follow-up and follow-through skills with the ability to take the initiative
- good time-management skills
- punctuality, responsibility, result-oriented, communication skills, ingenuity
- ability to work independently with min supervision, self-education
- positive thinking, problems solving
- energy and creativity, everybody needs them 😉

- work closely with the recruitment team
- make required researches
- CVs and candidates pre-screening, skype-interviews, assist in technical interviews
- onboarding, adaptation and offboarding
- communicate with all our departments, managers.
Job requirements: computer or laptop, high-speed internet (20 Mbps upload and download speeds), a headset (headphones, a microphone), camera to support the video calls capability.
