We are looking for Office Admin/Accounting Assistant who will ensure the life of the office in Dnipro city (Ukraine), create coziness and comfort for employees, and will also develop in the field of accounting.


  • Upper-Intermediate English level and above;
  • Self-Directed and able to work independently;
  • Able to keep updated to-do lists, task lists and punch-lists;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Ability to analyze and process a large amount of information;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop.


  • Provide daily support to the office and team;
  • Greet visitors and clients in a positive and professional manner;
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed;
  • Monitor and purchase as necessary, office supplies along with organizing supplies and office records;
  • Document management and researches;
  • Participation in the preparation of addendums to the contracts.

Job requirements: computer or laptop, high-speed internet (50 Mbps upload and download speeds), a headset (headphones, a microphone), camera to support the video calls capability.
