We are looking for Office Admin/Accounting Assistant who will ensure the life of the office in Dnipro city (Ukraine), create coziness and comfort for employees, and will also develop in the field of accounting.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- Upper-Intermediate English level and above;
- Self-Directed and able to work independently;
- Able to keep updated to-do lists, task lists and punch-lists;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Ability to analyze and process a large amount of information;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop.
- Provide daily support to the office and team;
- Greet visitors and clients in a positive and professional manner;
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed;
- Monitor and purchase as necessary, office supplies along with organizing supplies and office records;
- Document management and researches;
- Participation in the preparation of addendums to the contracts.
Job requirements: computer or laptop, high-speed internet (50 Mbps upload and download speeds), a headset (headphones, a microphone), camera to support the video calls capability.
