We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer. You will be responsible for finding customers through specific outbound calling activities. The successful candidate must possess professional phone etiquette, speak clearly and confidently. EXCELLENT English is a MUST.
- Call the prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunication technologies;
- Provide service and product information as well as price quotations;
- Complete orders, accurately record customer and purchase information;
- Follow up with customers to assure their satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or proceed problems;
- Extend the customer base;
- Maintain the knowledge of all products, services, and promotions;
- Resolve customers’ concerns and questions by phone;
- Capture all customers’ details, call log and sales transaction accurately onto the system;
- Handle customers as well as identify and resolve their concerns;
- Update and maintain all customers’ records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database;
- Inform customers about promotions and new or upgraded products by using prepared scripts;
- Conduct customers’ surveys to a certain level of the customer service;
- Make cold calls, direct emails, and perform other lead generation activities.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages are the benefit;
- Previous experience in Telemarketing;
- Schedule work hours to support North American operational time zones;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- The knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
- Clear speech and confident voice;
- Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills;
- Good conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to maintain the self-control during stressful situations;
- Strong computer skills;
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision;
- Result-oriented mindset.
Job requirements: High Speed Internet (5-10 Mbps upload and download speeds), a headset (headphones, a microphone) and a camera to support the video calls capability.
